Dear Andrew, your bill arrived today, and it is my pleasure to pay it today and enclose this letter. Your crew was most professional and pleasant. Now that I am retired, I am able to watch how various trades do their work, and yours are the best I have seen. They not only did the job well, but were neat, tidy and non-profane in the process.

We had some people from Germany visiting next door, and they were absorbed in the process, especially how they pruned the Blue Spruce without incident. I have to add that putting that rope and pulley around the bottom of the tree must save a lot of blisters and burns.

Everyone who watched your crew work commented that "you couldn't even tell that they were here because they left no mess behind".

As you can see, we are very pleased with the result. Everything looks a lot neater, and I think we will just leave the birches alone for the time-being, as they look better than I thought they would.
